Hi, new to the forum, hopefully posting this in the right spot, sorry if I'm not and feel free to move me. I am a cabinet maker based out of New York, i have a 5x10 Omnitech CNC router with Fanuc controller running CabnetWare design software, version 8.3 as of right now, updating shortly. I'm having a problem when I go to transfer my cutting programs from our design computer to our CNC operating computer, after I optimize my sheets and export them from CabnetWare the file for my first sheet of 5/8" Material is being auto reduced to a size of 277 bytes, much smaller than the normal/needed size for the file (however all of my 3/4" and 1/2" programs are working without problem, sequentially they export/load before the 5/8"). When i send this program to the CNC and try to run it, I am prompted with the error "Memory Card Error 121". I called omnitech and I called Fanuc and neither one of them knows anything about a 121 error even existing. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Any ideas? This problem has been consistent over the past few days so we have shutdown and restarted all PCs and machines involved in the process numerous times.![]()
Hi there, error 121 is " The Memory card does not have sufficient free space"
try deleting some progs off it.
