SCM Tech 95 L controller problem

I got the following errors on my machine:

00023 MACHINE DATA WRONG
00030 PLC IN BLOCK
04000 LIST COMPILATION ERROR

I reinstalled the software on the controller, and now when loading a program it returns:

06073 C CFC ERROR NEGOTIATING RESOURCES

Everything works in manual control, but this error prevents running a program.

What could we try next?
