    Angry HELP!!

So here's the scoop... I haven't had to run my CNC table router in the last month, I went to run a job the other day and nothing happened. I imported a dxf file into enroute, defined my plate and set the x and y coordinates like I always did, added a toolpath to the newly imported shape, set the tool and depth and then turned to the router. I turned the head on (Router controller is a NEE MC3V) pressed the "drives on" and "datum" key. Moved the router over the material and set the depth down and up. Sent the router back to home and hit the start key. Turned back to the computer and sent the file. The file went to the job manager then to the head and then nothing. The "Data" light came on on the controller and thats where it stayed. I tried everything. I shut everything down restarted the computer and still nothing. I pulled open an old file and sent that, like magic it worked. So I went back to the new file cross checked all of my parameters and sent the file again. Still nothing. I went back to the old file, deleted the the old things that I had cut merged the new shape with the old plate and set the toolpath, it sent. BUT it ignored the x and y parameters that I had set as to where the material was. Anyone have any suggestions?! Is the router head bad? Is there something wrong with the Enroute program? I guess should also add that the computer with the Enroute program is Win 98 and is not connected to the internet. Nobody but myself has access to the computer, so theoretically nothing should have changed since the last time I used it. (i.e. no windows updates and nothing installed.) Please Help!!!

    James

EDIT: In the event the controller is bad, where should I buy a new one? How much are they? Will it work with a Rebel48 table and Perske router?

Possibly. I'm new here and this looked like a good place to post. Maybe there is a better spot that this can be moved to?

Problem sounds like it's a Machine or CAM software problem, not a CAD related problem. Isn't there a router forum some place on this website? I think there is way too many forums but that's another topic for another day.

machine itself itself is a Rebel48 (4' by 8' bed) with a perske router. The only numbers or name I can find on the controller is NEE MC3V. There's a tag on the back that says Northeast Electronics but the phone number listed is disconnected. I can't seem to find a direction to go in for help.
