Going to buy an ATC spindle, need help installing and programming

I'm looking at buying a Fimec 5hp spindle from Ekstrom Carlson and would like to know what I will need, hardware and programming. I use Mach3 and a G540. I'm aware of the M6 macro but I can't seem to find any info for sensors, etc. I have 2 outputs available as well as a 3 inputs that I can use as well as the 3 outputs for the VFD. Is there a Macro out there that I can simply set the proper pins for the solenoids, sensors, etc. or can anyone point me in the right direction for adding this to the m6 macro from Mach?

Also, does anyone have a good source for solenoids and air filters?

i believe mach three is well suited for the atc, parts can be found at McMaster-Carr and automation direct

Hi ,

Did you manage to get your Fimec spindle to run.

Did you purchase their inverter too?

I purchased both but have had no successs whatso ever in getting them to help me wire up the spindle sensors to the inverter just to get the spindle to run in manual maode let alone interface with my software.
