    Camtech Router Master II Issues

We have a secondhand Camtech Router Master II that we are having issues with and would appreciate any advice:

We are having problems with the machine not cutting square even though we regularly maintain the chain tension.

We have replaced the chains as well as made sure the cogs on the drive motors are not slipping.
It is also wanting to stall when it is running along the x-axis, this is causing tools not to change properly and does not cut things out correctly.

We always ensure everything is greased properly, and frequently..
