any sugestions on how to clear the spindle motor heat exchanger on an Weeke BP12, without taking to pieces or sending it off to someone. It,s totally blocked with no water being able to pass through, therefore the motor get's hot, I am trying various solutions at the moment, eg caustic soda, battery acid, radiator flush, they all seem to dislodge a small amount of crude, but still not enough to clear it, I can get some compressed air through it, but very restricted.
Any ideas most welcome.

HCL can dissolve waterdeposits..
but really dont know if you can use it for.. if motor housing is stainles steel then HCL will work... otherwise careful with..
lowes and home depot has as ""muriatic acid""
fill up the motor cooling area of the system only, and leave in a 5-10 min..
but again use it only if theres no chromed parts or so..
with pressured air try from both direction.. from outlet and from inlet too... use to be cleaning works better to blowing air in the outlet.. because it push out what water washed in..
after cleaning you migth use antifreeze as it wont makes deposit..
