I need help with an issue I'm having with a Trotec 300 Laser Cutter. I typically create the vector files in Illustrator. I have a bunch of envelopes I'm trying to cut out and half of the files work and half don't. They are all set up the same exact way in Illustrator. Layers are separated correctly. Some of them look like the cutter is scaling them down. It appears the alignment is off but I don't know why since the other half worked. I have an image attached of one of the bad cuts to illustrate what I'm talking about. I hope I've come to the right place for help. Thanks!
