Default Project 327 will not connect

I'm working with a master wood project 327. We started it up as normal and when we pressed the connect button to connect the computer to the machine it would not connect.
we have checked all the breakers and everything seems fine. Any ideas why it will not connect?

Does this have the original DOS control?

How would I check to see if it still has the DOS control?

Does it have Windows on it?
The DOS control is a CN10, I think.
Watch when it boots, it boots into DOS, before the control comes up.

I don't know what you mean by connect. There is nothing to "connect" to with the original control. I used one of these machines for about 10 years, but it's been a long time.

It does start up in windows. The connect looks like a power button on the front panel.

Yes, "Connect" is the power button.
The light above that button would indicate that it is powered?

Often, if it won't power up, then there's an issue in the Estop circuit. This could be one of the red Estop button, or the air pressure sensor, or anything else in that circuit.
