Syntec controlled cnc KDT

Hi, Guys

Sorry if I've posted in the wrong area (noob), would greatly appreciate some help.
My syntec controlled cnc has just popped up with a error to do with my controller software.
When ever I try to open cncmon32.exe it comes up with "cncmon32.exe has stopped working " software will not open it happened after I turned the machine on.
I think it might have something to do with Windows 7 updates? Although updates is turned off, I think windows does have a forced update.
Any one had this issue before?

I'm not sure I will check tomorrow morning and post back asap. The issue has been fixed but the supplier has no idea why it happens it still does it from Time to time. They only fix it by doing a software repair.
