Twin cam / 810 Siemen control position issues on wood router HOLZHER

Have a custom with a Holzher wood router 153" in X-axis, checking it with a square it is .009 off in 18" which gives me .058 from 0 to 153, would think being off this much you would see by looking at it... believe the issue is in the software either twin cam or Siemen's . Question does anyone know what parameters or software settings to resolve this issue
