NEED HELP .SCM Morbidelli typ 430 STOP,

I have a problem with CNC Morbidelli Author 430 2004 year of production,
My machine will not start, it is impossible to undo mistakes with monitora, calibration that I started, that the protective relay PILZ PNOZ does not allow the start,
I try to turn on the machine to a protective relju PILZ PNOZ XV3.P3 relay attempts to include the machine or after 8 seconds it fails, ask for help, I see that you have helped many, thanks in advance,

Problem solved 06,01,2017, to switches 24KMO there was no power supply (-) terminals,(Yellow-green cable is new (see photo)) the problem was the cable that goes to the switch, then I got a voltage of 24 volts and the machine works, greetings from Bosnia,
