biesse rover b - adding tool file problem - error int 53 and int 161

i have a 10 slot spindle on my machine. i added the tool in the tool setup. then i loaded the tool in the place of a tool i no longer use. when i goto load a program i get the error int 53 and int 161. i cant even get the unload bit program to work. the description says that there is not enough open slots and i need to free up one. but i can not figure out what else to do.

hello i have a similar problem, i changed a tool after it was broke but now i get the int 161 error stating " error in tool change parameters preset instructions "
honestly i dont understand the problem so if you could pleas help me out if you ever got your problem solved? i work on a biesse rover 20 if it helps :/ thanks in advance
