    Tornado 300 with Fanuc O-T

Hi, excellent forum, a lot of good information for me. I am a newbie!
I try to use EdgeCam to make nc code for my Colchester Tornado 300 with Fanuc O-T controller. But i seems to miss a EdgeCam post processor for translating to fanuc o-t formating.
Is there anybody who can help me with this ?

I'm not sure.. Do you know how I can make a backup and send to you, i don't know how... If you know how to do that, or anybody else, I am happy to help you!

    Red face

Do you use a dnc system ?
If yes the parameters have to be downloaded in the same way i.e
1connect the data cable to the computer & machine.
2.keep the machine in edit mode
    3.go to parameter screen
4.press end of block & output start buttons simultaneously
    5. you will see that the data is transferred.
    6. save the file.
7.make a copy of the file & open the copy in notepad or ms word

The other way is if you have the manuals scan the parameter pages, make a pdf file & mail it to me on trgugale@gmail.com
It will be a favour to me

Please be aware that there were three major variant of the Tornado 300. Using the parameters and diagnostics from a different type of machine could result in the machine being dangerous.

Please make sure the PMC ladder version is similar before using an unknown set of parameters.
