Tornado 200 lathe

My first post ever. Can anyone help with a spindle bearing replacement procedure for a Tornado 200 lathe.
First lathe spindle rebuild and I am concerned about preload etc...

Call clauasing they faxed me instructions to replace my bearings in my storm lathe .Replacement was simple.

My machine generating some alarms when it is started. Alarms are normally 401,409,414,424 when machine generate these alarms i saw that the diagnostic parameter #
720=01000000
721=01000000
and some time only 401,414,424,1000,1001 and 408 also.
I have checked the input three phase voltages from transformer which are 200 AC phase to phase.
Is there any body to help me.
