    Wear offset and writing parameters

    Hi i have a Colchester tornado 100 with OT Control, i don't have any wear offsets and i can't put tool headings in or any writing thow the machine will accept it when i download from pc in brackets ie: (F/TURN PCLNR R=0.8) I reckon its some parameters missing and its a pain in the back side, can anyone help...? cheers gollame

    What version of OT is it? An OT-A won`t accept comments but a B onwards will.There is a parameter to change to get the wear offsets page up but it depends on the model.

    I have the same problem. Fanuc OT series A. and its mother board no is as under.
    A16B-1010-0150 Master PCB
    my wear/offset page does not apprea.
    you are requested to help me.
    Machine is as under.

    Feeler FCNC-100
    SERIAL T1036
    DATE 04-87

    MOTHER BOARD A16B-1010-0150/06A
    SPINDLE DRIVE A20B-1001-0120
    AXIX DRIVE A16B-1200-0520/0.5A
