Need Help! Alpha 400 screen fault - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

Hi. I have a Colchester Harrison alpha 400, the screen is blank. I have checked the voltage going to it and that is fine, sent the screen off thinking it was faulty and it was found to work correctly, so the problem must be with the machine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

In my experience if the screen has gone on an alpha its lost 24V power.
Double check your power and fuses.

You have two plugs that plug on the screen one of them has the +24V and the other connects to the crt output from the control also check that you have filament light on the CRT
