I have a Colchester 2000 cnc with Fanuc OT control. It has a hydroulic chuck which I want to remove due to the fact I dont have a bar feeder for it. It also has the option for a hydroulic tailstock which has been disabled. My question is: How do I remove the Hydroulic chuck and sensors, so I can fit a standard chuck. I have removed the chuck itself, and the hydroulic equipment from the machine, but I am getting an alarm warning me of 'low hydroulic pressure' I need to tell the machine that it no longer has a hydroulic chuck. Any ideas how? Thanks in advance |
