Colchester Tornado 220M

Hi All

Our company has got a Colchester Tornado 220M with a fanuc 21 controller and we have no manuals for it.Has anyone out there got programming , operational or electrical documents for one of these lathes .

It looks a lot like the machine we have,if yours has c axis I am sure that the programming would be the same.

I wish I had a C axis but I only have the x and z on mine.

I have some information about this lathe, but mostly it has been gained from asking a few people that know how to program the 21I Fanuc language with driven tooling, etc....

However I would be interested in swapping what knowledge I have with anyone else on here who operates the same lathe or who is willing to send / sell barter information.

Can you give me more detail ? do you mean you cannot find the screen and need to know how to get to it ? or that you can get to it but you need to "set" it to fit your job size ? both are very easy ....

Are you local ? I am in the East Midlands UK ?
