Colchester tornado 300 spindle problems

I just bought a call just to tornado 300 1998 lathe with the fanuc 0t controller

I've set the machine up and when I turn the spindle on, it runs for about six seconds then it turns off after about 6 seconds. 1001 spindle monitor comes up on screen but No alarm code comes up on the spindle servo unit. It does this on any RPM I set, however the spindle will run if I set the RPM 3 or less.

It has a barfeeder attached and I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem.
I'm very confused right now.
Not sure if this is a mechanical problem or a fanuc controller problem.

Has anyone come across this problem before?

Any help would be appreciated.
