    Default Duplomatic DD4 diagnostic software

    Hi,


    I have a Duplomatic DD4 controlling the turret. I have an error signaled in the DD4 unit. The DD4 manual mention that the RS232 port can be used for troubleshooting and diagnostic using "Duplomatic diagnostic software". I searched the Duplomatic website without success. Is this software free and downloadable?
