How to generation toolpath ?

Dear everybody,

I almost finish my NC Machining simulation software, just a problem left. That is how to generate toolpath. I write in VC++ and OpenGL. I just want to generate the simple toolpath such as contour-parallel.

Is there any instructions or materials about this ? please help me, this software is my thesis
