I looked cambam over a while back, too bad I didn't spend more time with it then. I saw someone used it to look at nc code for pc boards, so I tried it again.. WOW.. it hit me!
Thank you for an easy to use simple program that I now use to whip out all the little things that I have been putting off. Great program! Keep up the good work!

One thing that bugs me, i'm probably missing something. Whenever I do a cam operation, the default speed is 30 ipm? is ther a way I can change the default?

    Hi Tmaster

I asked the same question about a year ago and found that there seems to be very little that 10Bulls hasn't thought of.

When you have a machining operation set to how you want it, you can then right click on the machine op in the file tree and select 'Copy MOP to Template'. This will copy the machine op parameters into the template selected in the drop down list on the toolbar. To create new templates, type in a new name in this list and press enter. When you create a new machine op, it will use the parameters stored against the template. To use a different template, select it from the drop down list. You can then right click a machine op in the file tree and select 'Apply Template to MOP'. To properties in the selected template will then be copied into the target machine operation. (You may need to reselect the mop to see the properties changed).

Below is the link to the particular question in the CamBam Forum

    Hope this helps

    Cheers
    Peter
