The zone already has a calendar, that could be used.

Looks like it would be as simple as contacting the sales rep. for each product.

Can you keep a record of the chat sessions, for others to download and review?

I suspect that you will soon tire out the 'experts' with redundant questioning, as there is very little time to think or organize what is said in a chat session, yet if it contains valuable information, then it is probably worth broadcasting later, rather than just being lost when the session ends.

Paul, a few times when in the chat room, when I start typing a message, it sends 1 letter at a time, as soon as I type the next letter. Each key acts as the enter key first, then the letter. I figured out that hitting enter twice seems to fix it. The problem seems to occur when I'm switching from another application to firefox with the chat tab open. Anyone else seen this?

I think you would get a far better response to the new chat room, If you add an active list of everyone that is already in the chat room, to every page here on the zone.

Maybe a small banner on the side of each page.

You need to let everyone know, that someone is already in the chat room.

I jumped in to test it out, great looking chat room, but it seems a little slow on the response time from when I hit enter to when I see it on my screen. Other than that:
