I believe you mean the custom macro 9201 for the 04P-C has been lost?? I believe this is a common problem with the 04P-C controller and it seems to happen if someone powers the machine off while in edit mode if I remember correctly. Never power the machine down in edit mode! It can happen accidentally but either way it will require the re-registration of the custom macro 9201.
I have a well written step by step guide for restoring the 04P-C macro programs that I got from the Amada website. If they are still posting this information you may be able to download it and re-register the 9201 custom macro, but you need to have a copy of that custom macro to place in the controller. It is sometimes on a tape in the controller cabinet and can be stored on the computer system that you download your files from.
Here is a link to the Amada site for 04PC macro loading:
My copy seems more descriptive but the steps should be the same, and I hope this helps you get the machine running.
I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier.
