| You got a lot of technical viewers, but very few writers... It's really too bad, cause you have a really nice forum here. Keep up the good work, Scott_bob

| I'ld like to see a more readable and consistant format for articles. I just have a hard time reading some of them. Others are alright. For example: the one that is hardest for me to read is the article called "Lead". The typeface is too small and all of the sentences run into eachother. I keep losing my place when I read it. I do wear reading glasses when I am at the computer which helps. Please, I don't mean to criticize the content because I know that it is filled with good information as is alot of areas here at the Zone. Is there is a word processor like form that would standardize the type size and formatting? Also put in page breaks and images? How about a spell checker? Chris |

| Information Search Aid I'm an old data base person (also anal) and have done lots of searching and reading on this forum and finding something is not always easy. Would it be possible and practical to have a few click boxes that pertain to the machine the person is describing, such as. Describe the machine you are posting: Servo ( ) Stepper ( ) Movable Gantry( ) Movable table ( ) Skate Bearings ( ) Linear Bearings ( ) ETC... Then when a person, especially a newbie could find articles quickly that they are interested in, there's lots of really good information in this Forum but not always easy to find. Thanks Hager |

| If I may add to Mr Chips - Each section, or category, (linear rails, Drive Screws, etc.) could start/open with a few sample photos and links to various sources for the gear identified in each section/category. The links ought to be "good ones" - valid and something someone has used in the past or is using now. Would elminate a lot of needless searching through the Forum and frustration with the various search engines. My 2 JimWe can do that, I just need somone to do the writing and I will stick the post to the top of the page.

| I agree Jim. I constantly see new people asking the same basic questions, I did it too. This would be an excellent source for them. Hager |
