NEED HELP

I need help restoring the parameter and diagnostic files for a Nakamura-Tome TMC-15 Lathe with a Fanuc OT-C Control. The lathe is NOT the full option model. The info was lost due to a low battery. No backup was found. Does anyone have a similar lathe ? Can you email the parameter and diagnostic info to POMP12153@aol.com? Thanks !! JOE

Thanks for responding ... however, I did call Methods Machine in Boston ... although they have a record of the machine sales, they do not have a copy of the parameter files. I am trying to have a seller of an identical machine allow me to either download a parameter file from his machine or get a hardcopy of the parameters sent with his machine ... perhaps you know of another option?

I used to work at a place that owns 3 of those same machines. No tailstock, no live tools and no sub-spindle, just a base model it seems. You could give them a call and see if they'd be willing to help you out, but don't mention my name to them (not that you actually know it anyhow) because there's some bad blood between us.
