I am new to this and don't know if I am in the right place but here goes.I have Smartcam DOS ver 7.55 running on Windows XP and everything works but if I do not use the mouse for 30 sec. it crashes .I get this message SOFTWARE LOCK FAILURE PLEASE CHECK LOCK. I do have the dongle in the printer port this seems to be a timing problem. Is there any way to get around this problem. please HELP!!!  |
