hey everyone,

Just to introduce my self, im a young engineer (21)who just finished my apprenticeship at the start of the year, dispite this i have a good skill base in CNC programming and CAD/CAM, but still have a long way to come. Currently im wanting to expand my knowledge on true 5 axis machining and construction and editing of post processors. if any one knows of any good reading info on the 2 that would be great.

just last week we have had a rotary head fitted to one of our DMU's, im wanting a post processor to use on this machine so that i dont have to program long hand and can fully utalise its capabilities. how would one go about editing a post processor to add a rotary axis (A). some people may think it might be above me at the minute but i like a good challange and im keen to learn.

any info would be great.

thanks
