    Hello CNCZone

I just joined today. i found this board through a google search.

I currently work in a machine shop that has 1 Fadal VMC, Miyano Lathe, Star Micronics Lathe, MF DMG Gildemeister and 2 Mazak lathes.

I am a draftsman, i program vertical mills and as a consultant on the side as a CAD draftsman for diferent engineers in my area.

I'm a member of various automotive boards so i know how this stuff works, however, i had no idea that there was a forum for machinists and programmers so i am very happy since i can now bring my questions and concerns to other individuals who will give me un-biased answers to my questions.

well thats it! see you on the boards.

    Tony
