thanks for helping but I had already gone through that & there is no description about 5 axis . Can anyone even draw the vectors in paint & post a pic so that I can understand. In a 5 axis machine I see the Y & Z axis rotate about its axis(5 axis rotary table) & also reciprocate (router or the 3 axis guide ways) Please correct me if I am wrong. |

| Operating under the Cartesian coordinate system, axis systems beyond the 3 primary linear axes are considered rotation elements. A, B, C...etc. An A-axis would be a rotational axis along the X axis centerline. A B-axis would be a rotational axis along the Y axis centerline.
