New to cnczone and have question on Cincinati 850 SX

Hi there,

was wondering if anyone that has experience on a Cincinati Vertical Sabor 750. The screen comes up but the control buttons are not functioning.
just some beeps. The contol is an acromatic 850Sx Machine has been sitting for a year. Built in monitor was just changed as well.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

There is some troubleshooting that can be done to determine the problem. In the Op station assembly there is a OSP board that manages the OP station it may be bad but will need more information to determin this. If the machine is in good condition there is a control retrofit available through MAG. Call tech support for the Sabre product at 859-534-4750.

Hey thanks for the suggestion. This is where we got to.

Checked to see if panel definition parameters wer set correctly. Was unable to set REC# 121 to maintained from pulsed. Contacted Cincinati and found out that memory board has lost the ladder program and parameters for machine. REL 1.2 M2C part # 7-000-5032NA software and board Part # 3-533-0908G

Recieved in new board and installed.

Loaded SYSCOM data and MTBCOM data trying to load servo and spindle data but could not.
