I was a computer programmer until I retired last year. Now my neighbor and I are building our first CNC machine. It will be a simple wood mill with a movable gantry making the X axis, the Y axis is on the gantry and the Z axis is on the Y.
We have both been reading posts on CNCzone and others. And admiring the
videos on youtube.
I'm certain we'll have questions as the build progresses.
Thank you to the sysadmins just for hosting the site, it's a tremendous resource, and thanks is advance to everyone who helps all of us clueless newbies!
