| Benny, you have way too much time on your hands.

| It took me about the same amount of time to make this thread as it did for you to answer it. Who is pushing nearly 2000 posts? But yes you are right, I must not slip back into bad net time stealing habbits. Hey Gerry, it may seem like a simple puzzle, but I cant figure it out, can you? | I can't figure it out either... Try opening up the .gif in an image editor and looking at the individual frames. I have a sneaking suspicion that they add the extra person in while you are looking at the motion of the other people...kinda like how a magician can do something with one hand right in front of you while distracting you with the other hand. |

| I think a key is the fact that the guy in the middle front row is being used twice by the same slide. Al

| oy... Now I'm roped into this... Notice the guy whose head is split in two (I know from experience that this can be painful...). His head plus the scalp of one of the guys to the right form two heads. Can I get back to work now? |

| Al, I still cant see it. Lets say we are just counting heads ( Forget the bodies for a sec) Suddenly there is 13 heads. This is far more of a brain strain than at first appearance. EDIT: Dog...looks like we posted at the same time. I think you are onto it. The heads are the key. Not that I have managed to process your post yet and understand for myself. But then that leads to the question, where does the body come from. |

| In the photo below: Guy #1 loses his scalp - gives it to Guy #3 Guy #3 gives the top of his head to Guy #2 Guy #2 (and this is where the second head comes from) gives the top half of his head to Guy #4 ![]() Wait, I still need to work out the bodies... |

| The extra body appears in the second column from the left. Because the slide Moving to the right covers the guy in the middle twice the left-moving slide can add an extra body because they do not have to cover the middle body. Thats my story anyway.... Al

| Oh no, I'm not done yet. If I don't figure this out I won't be able to sleep tonight... The extra body is formed from guy #3 in the photo below. Guy #2 gives the soles of his feet to Guy #4 Guy#4 gives his feet to Guy #5 Guy #5 gives legs to Guy #3 The same progression could be worked out for torsos and arms. |
