Well - here goes - I joined CNCzone a couple of years ago and here's my first post. My intention is to get into budget CNC by converting my little toy Clarke CMD10 with 3 steppers. I have got the motors, some Digiplan drivers and a Parallel port interface, plus a suitable old computer. Now I just need to start putting it all together and having a good play. No doubt when I start off properly I will be asking a lot of questions. I am sure that there are many aspects of CNC where I have yet to realise I haven't got a clue. Oh well......
