Motor Information

Hello All;
I need your help again. I have taken apart a large Xerox photocopier and found two motors that have 4 wires and from reading information on this site I know are bipolar motors.

The tags read:
Astrosyn Stepper
Type 23LM-C712-01
127K10080
2.7 V/PH
1.8A/PH
This motor is 69mm long

The other is as follows:
Astrosyn Stepper
Type23LM-K329-02
127K13270
2.7 V/PH
1.8 A/PH
This on is 47 mm long.

Can anyone tell me where I can find information on these motors. I would have liked to know the holding torque on these motors. I have Googled the part numbers but was not able to find any information on them.
I have read about a controller board made by Probotix. This board can control 4, 6 and 8 wire motors.
I have another motor made by Applied Motion products that has 6 wires. Can these 3 motors be used to make a machine using the same Probotix boards?
Any help given will be greatly appreciated.
