Transmission to ball nut

we installed timing belt drive for nut rotating type X- axis ball screw. it is a collet heavy duty boring machine.now we are getting un constant back lash. it is En-coder feed back drive. i think during cutting the belt was expanding. if it is possible.

i need help.
