Just IN- Thanks for the welcomming

Hi folks!
Just a little history:
I am a retired (disabled) machinist (I'm also a darn good welder) with 40 years experience in conventional machining and about 25 years in CNC machining and programming. My strengths in CNC are turning with some experience in milling and EDM (die-sinker and wire). The CNC controllers I used were Fanuc and Yasnaks and the programming language I used for milling was MasterCam and Charmilles EDM.

I've made parts for a lot of satellites and the Hubble Space telescope. I've also made thousands of other parts for computers, submarines, firearms, the whole gamut. I love the trade and was sorry to leave it when I did but my physical problems became to untenable so I had to retire early.
I would be happy to help someone if they have a question that I might be able to answer and I will probably have some questions for you folks, too.
I want to keep my skills in sync with the times so I don't become a dinosaur. Thanks for the welcome. I appreciate it.
