Startup - Wood Rout Guitar Bodies and Necks

This is what we're up to:

Right now we are buying our guitar bodies from China. and want to bring this process in-house for customization, quality and logistics reasons. (and, ultimately cost and security also)

We have NO experience but are looking to purchase a turnkey setup to get started doing both bodies and necks. Nothing too crazy to start out just the standard fair. Solid body, Tele's, Strat's and Flying V's.

We have a good source for the coding. (but are open to others)

This will not be a huge volume production at the beginning (5-10/day?). This is a startup but we do have a retail outlet. No vapor BS here. When they are made they WILL be sold. This isn't a hobby thing!

Business location is in the Greater Toronto area. (I'm in Toledo, OH until I can mover there.)

I'm looking for recommendations and quotes. This WILL be growing so we will be needing quantity down the road but right now quality is the main concern. We want as little finishing as possible post cutting.

Used equipment in good order would be an option.

Please forward any quotation/response to my e-mail: glyngrand@yahoo.com
(if that's how this works, otherwise here is fine.)

Thanks!
