Some people use the glass washers that you see in bars. (The ones that have a conveyer.)

Geof will become famous soon enough

We had a restaurant wash system installed; put the parts in the trays, roll them in, press the button, wait about 3 minutes and roll them out to dry.

They come out too hot to touch because the wash and rinse water is around 85 degrees C. We don't use soap and they come out spotless; probably because our water has almost no dissolved minerals.

Chances are your water has a lot more mineral content and this is what gives the spots when things dry. You would probably have to put in a deionizing system to solve that problem. Or another possible alternative is to rig up an air blast to blow most of the water off so there is not enough to evapoprate and leave a visible residue.

DIshwaher plus anti spot thingie that hangs inside plus brand name dishwashing agent that advertises itself as "spotless" might work.

The "soap" comes in green box and I can't recall the name, begins with C as I recall.

The agent that prevents "spots" is essentially a known chemical that I also can't recall that reduces surface tension of the water so it "sheets" instead of spots. THe same stuff is used to stop foaming of carpet cleaning solvent that is sucked out of your carpet when they shampoo the rugs. Might be glycerin but don't quote me

For 12000 dollars, you can buy a lot of 200 dollar used dishwasher and "thingies" plus name brand dish washer goo.

But you cannot save about half an employee at around $35,000 a year.
