Has anyone ever started a machine shop club? I have a shop that just isn't being used like it should, and wonder how I'd go about forming a club. Naturally I'd have to have release of liabilities and so forth. There is also the fear of theft, mis-use and expendables.

Who pays to fix crashed machines?
