Advertisements everywhere!!!

Is it supposed to be like this. Lately every thread has been filled with advertisments inside the postings? Is it a bug in here? It is nice that we have never had to deal with this but it has gotten pretty bad.

In many threads an advertisement window shows up in the first post at the top of the thread.

showed up in the first post on my computer, both my computers. I do not know if it is the same ad every time, it has the label Yahoo ads in the top right corner.

The very first post here show a google ad right below the text, when I first saw one yesterday, I thought it was put there by the poster.

yes..the same here... its frustrating..and i don't like it...this diminishes the beauty of this forum... I will request the admin to poke his nose into this matter...

The 'Zone has been overun with "ads by google" and "ads by Yahoo". I've noticed it for some time now, a real PITA as far as I'm concerned.

If you view a one line post with no signature, the ad just about obliterates the text.
