Hot rolled steel plate needed....

I need a best price source for Hot rolled steel plate... perhaps a supplier
that is willing to sell a little cheaper than normal......

Here is my situation: I have the ability to build die sets complete for the tool & die industry. I have done so in the past, but my competition all burn there own plate. This makes it very difficult for me to compete. i.e. they make half there money on marking up the plate and do the machining at cost. I have to buy the plate (already marked up) and try to make money on the machining.

If I can find a supplier that will give me a good price on the plate, I could probably immediately begin to sell 4 to 8 die sets per month ranging up to 60" long, up to 30" wide upper and lowers typically 1.5 to 3.5" thick.

Does anyone have any thoughts, or is my only choice to start stocking plate in bulk? (which I am not in much of a position to do - monitarily).
