Hi all. I'm J.R., I live in OKC. Been here for a bit and check in off and on, but haven't posted, so thought it was about time. I work for a shop here in the oil industry, and formerly machined in a wood shop. Currently a certified machinist running a Niigata SPN50-HO 3-axis mill. Been there about 4 years, 1.5 of it getting the machine shop set-up to get ISO certified. Spen 1 year running a Emco-Maier 2" bar-feed lathe, and the last 1.5 on the mills. Next endeavor should be setting up and running a Porta 4-station, 3 spindle horizontal mill. It should be here in November, so looking forward to it. Looking forward to learning mroe from all the experience here and helping out when I can. J.R.    |
