My CNC is controlled by an old PC. It was probably one of the last ones made without a USB port. I could buy a USB card for about $30. Then I could use a flash drive (instead of floppys) to move data from another computer upstairs. But maybe I should just buy a new low end cmputer. I use a Bob Campbell breakout board with a parallel cable. Do today's computers have parallel ports or only USB ports? If they don't have parallel ports can I adapt the Campbell bb to USB? Thanks  |

| Most PC's have a printer port, it is the 9pin serial port that has pretty much been dropped. Al.

 I am new to this forum, but I am in need to purchase OneCNC2003 software to use with my shopdata software that was installed on my computer when I purchased my table FastCut CNC machine. Any thoughts on where I can find this software?? |
