I have posted 'round and about the forums, and thought it a good thing to advise both the Clients, and Future Clients, of the Postage Rate Increase this month.
This mainly affects those requireing items mailed from the USA via Priority Mail International and most of the other methods available.
The most popular method at present is the USPS 20 Pound Flat Rate Priority Mail International Box. This Service is limited to the following size PMI 20 Pound Flat Rate Box Sizes:
Regular Size = 11'' x 8.5'' x 5.5''
Regular Size = 11-7/8'' x 3-3/8'' x 13-5/8''
Large Size = 12" x 12" x 5.5"
The two Regular Size Boxes are now $38.95, up from $37.00 (USD)
The Large Size remains the same @ $49.95
The PMI 12.5'' x 9.5'' Flat Rate Envelope is now $11.95, up from $11.00 USD
The rates for Standard PMI Shipping has increased as well.
I have provided this service for almost a year now and Clients are continueing to request my Shipping Services for Receiving, Repacking and Mailing everything from bearings to Stepper Motors and Controller Packages.
I encourge each of you to contact me for Rates, Quotes or to Initiate a Purchase from the Vendor who will not accept your Credit Card or Ship to your Country.
Thank you to those who have, and are currently, using me as your "Shipping Agent" to get you the things your Sellers won't, for whatever reason.
Receive, Evaluate, Repackage, File Customs Forms and Ship your items when your Sellers will not ship Internationally.
Purchase and Send your Seller a Money Order or Bank Check when they will not accept youe payment in any form for whatever reason. Receive, Evaluate, Repackage, File Customs Forms and Ship your items.
The Evaluation includes:
Inspecting the Shipping Packageing when delivered to my address, and initiating a claim in the event the item inside has been damaged.
Contacting the Seller in the event the items were damaged during shipping and providing Photos of the items confirming the damage was due to improper or inadequate packaging of the items and resolving the issue by either obtaining a refund or having a replacement reshipped.
Confirm the correct items in the correct quantities are in the package.
On items that you have purchased and are able to ship to my address, you will pay me nothing until the items arrive and I am able to confirm weight, size, etc. and determine the correct box size for the item. I will then request the Total Shipping Amount via PayPal or Google Checkout, your choice.
My Fee for all of this is $15.00 US Plus The USPS Postage and PayPal or Google Checkout Surcharge (3.9% + $.30 if PayPal or 2% + $.20 for Google Checkout.
