We started RF Precision in 2003 as a medical and dental contract manufacturing service. Prior to that, I had been employed by a medical device manufacturer as the Director of Manufacturing. I was hired by them in 1997 to bring the manufacture of their products in-house. By 2003 we had purchased 11 Swiss machines, 3 CNC mills, a CNC bur/drill grinder, and other support equipment, with about 80% of the products no longer outsourced. At present, we have three Swiss machines, two with ¾” and one with ½” bar diameter capacity. We also have two Haas vertical CNC mills, one with a 4th axis. In our Finishing area we have vibratory and magnetic polishing, passivation, and laser marking. We run two shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00AM until 1:00 AM. We use Autocad for in-house CAD, and have Esprit CAM software, so we can import almost any form of customer data. We are FDA & GMP compliant, and have contracted with TMAC as advisor for our ISO9001 & ISO13485 certifications. We are on track to have our certificates by the end of this year, and have scheduled the audit with QMI. We offer high quality work at a reasonable rate with good delivery. We would like an opportunity to work with Komet, and welcome any on-site inspections. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. Thank you, Otis Blackwell otis@rf-precision.com RF Precision, LLC www.rf-precision.com 1025 Shady Oaks Drive Suite 102 Denton, TX 76205 940-320-2787 fax: 940-320-2138 |
