new here and looking for help

Hello, I am new to this site and came here in hopes of getting some help.
My son, myself and a friend have just opened our own shop. We have all used equipment and most is in excellent shape.
The one problem that we are experiencing now is with our Bridgeport EZ-TRAK SX.
Everything seemed to work two weeks ago but now the axis appear to be off. It will not cut a circle. We had not tried circles until now so this may have been like this at purchase. The Y axis is OK but the X axis is off .030 for every inch. I get an elipticle cut.
The Bridgeport Rep. tells me that the axis need calibrated. Problem is he is in New York and I have been unable to find someone in the Kansas City, Mo. area to do this.
We are also still operating on the floppy drive and would like to upgrade.

Can someone tell me a contact in my area for Bridgeport service work? Or can we calibrate it ourselves?
Seems to me that a parameter would be off. We should be able to set the 0 point anywhere and get an equal amount on - & + but it does not. It is equal in subtracting .030 or adding .030 so I am assuming that somehow a scale factor is wrong.
    Thank you.

Kansas Oklahoma Machine Tool would be a good recommendation. They are based in Wichita KS but have a Tech in the Kansas City area. Also Machine tool consultants and Wiggins brothers in Kansas City can fix most anything electronic or mechanical.
