Hi All, This my first time messing with CNC and I am fascinated. I've been lurking around a couple of weeks and I think I'm going to build the JGRO design. The mechanics of these devices are awesome, but my degree (soon to be) is in electrical engineering. The controls and electronic components really excite me. I can't wait to get one built to start messing with the different setups possible. My senior design project involved 2 axis of motion and designing the controls was one of the coolest things I did at school. I hope to extend this into the world of DIY CNC. Anywho, I'm sure I'll post tons of questions later. Till then, GREAT SITE!!! |
