Hello
I'm kevin I own and opperate a tool, mold and die shop in sourthern Arizona on the Mexican border. Got tired of getting screwed by big corporations so I decided to open my own shop. Been open now for 10 years. We can build just about anything, It's the impossible that takes a little longer. We run Solidworks and use Featurecam to program VMC's and WEDM's. We do a lot of plastic mold repairs because we can't compete with China on new builds so I invested in a micro TIG welder and have gotten pretty good at it. Right now we are finishing a large die project consisting of 6 dies and a special broaching machine. We are just a small shop with 4 employees, my wife and myself. We try to do as much in house as possible because we are in somewhat of a remote location south of Tucson about 70 miles so we just can't go down the street and buy something.
Well my fingers are getting alittle tired and my NASCAR race is about to start.
