Need halp with first CNC

I just unpacked my CNC router. After playing with it and nothing works I figured somebody needs to teach me the basics.

$100/hr? Just joking. You might be better off looking for a local mentor or teacher to apprectice you. Depending on your experiece at this point, it can take 10 years to become proficient, then again I've worked with guys who can honestly say they have 20 years experience and I wouldn't trust them to build a dog house.
